• The standard power outlet is needed within 50 ft. of the castle’s setup area.
We provide a 50ft extension cord. Please let our team know if power is over 50 feet from the setup area.
• This castle cannot be set up on gravel, mud, or sand under any circumstance. For safety reasons, we do not set up on rooftops, balconies, or on windy days (20mph+)
• Secure your date today with 30% of the total.
• The remaining balance needs to be paid in full 24 hours before event.
Please note that Bounce House can be plug in without extra cost, if Generator is needed just let us know ($75.00generator fee will apply).
Pickups after 8:00 pm will incur in an afterhours pick up fee of $50.00
Will have a surcharge of $175.00 due to the park requires a generator and attendant. / Attendant will stay there all the time.
There will be a $150.00 Cleaning fee added in case the equipment is left unsanitary.
If equipment is dirty, stained, wet, or moved from the original setup area.
Will be credited for a future reservation.
